Frame Only Purchases
We offer a 14 day return policy on frame only purchases. Frames must be in the same condition as we sent you and in the original case and packaging. This is providing no lenses have been fitted to the frame.
Once the frames are received and checked by us we will issue a refund for the frame cost.
We will not refund any postage costs.
If the frame has a manufacturing fault under warranty please get in touch with us via the website or via whatsapp 07359 493 773 and we will either arrange a postage label to be sent to you or agree a postage cost that we will refund after we receive the frame.

Prescription Lens Purchases
When ordering prescription glasses or prescription lenses to be fitted into your existing glasses, it is essential that you provide us with complete and accurate details for each lens and send us a photo of your prescription from your optometrist. Your prescription must have been issued following a sight test within the last two years. We can not process any orders without a photo of your prescription.
For spectacles, you are also responsible for providing an accurate pupillary distance measurement. The prescription details you submit at the time of order will be used to manufacture your lenses.
Because these items are custom-made, returns are only accepted if they are found to be faulty.
Any imperfections on the frame or lenses must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving the glasses. Reporting any issues promptly ensures we can address them quickly and efficiently, helping us maintain our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
